It is designed to help you lift yourself upside down without pressure on your head, shoulders, and neck. It is a practical tool in doing other yoga activities such as waist exercises, leg exercises, and block exercises.

Its one-of-a-kind professional design enables you to stand upside down quickly and do different yoga exercises. The frame is made of metal while the cushion is a high-density PU foam, making the user safe and more comfortable when doing a yoga headstand.
